3. Taking maintenance calls.
4. Scheduling maintenance repairs.
5. Service of 3 day notices to pay or quit and Notice to Perform a Covenant or Quit, 30 and 60 notices to move.
6. Attend hearings on behalf of the owner for evictions.
7. Working with on site managers when applicable.
